OCTOBER 11, 2026 — “LISTENING FOR GOD’S VOICE”
Scripture: 1 Samuel 3:1–10 | Theme: I AM LISTENING. | “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.”
Our lives are surrounded by many voices—news, schedules, worries, expectations, and constant noise. In the story of young Samuel, God calls again and again until Samuel learns to recognize the voice of the Lord. This week we will explore what it means to become a listening people: attentive to Scripture, prayer, worship, the wisdom of others, and the quiet movements of God’s Spirit. A prepared church is not simply a busy church; it is a church willing to stop, listen, discern, and respond. Join us as we pray with Samuel: “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.”
