The Session and Worship and Music committee are working to get us all connected again…. not physically, but via phone and online methods. We have been having the daily calls to connect and have had the blessing of Pastor Jan Wiersma share scripture and prayer with us the last two Sundays. But we want to expand this to the possibility of visually connecting using Google Meet.
This Sunday at our usual service time of 9:30, we will hold a service. For those with cameras on their phones or computers, they can log in and see other members. If you do not have a camera it is still feasible to log in and hear others’ voices. If you are not comfortable using the computer, you can call in. This Sunday will be a ‘test’ run for using Google Meet. As it is the first Sunday of the month, Jan will also share communion with us…virtually. So those who are at the service will need to bring some bread and juice to partake.
